Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech in Australia seeks a Clinical Specialist to support orthopaedic procedures across hip and knee portfolios. You will provide in-theatre case support, deliver in-servicing, and work with surgeons and hospital staff in WA, with travel to Perth Metro facilities.

You will hold a health-related degree, demonstrate strong communication and customer service skills, and thrive under pressure in an operating theatre while supporting product adoption and clinician training.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in a health-related field and confidence to work effectively under pressure in an operating theatre environment.
• Strong communication, presentation and customer service skills.
• Self-starter who is results driven and solutions focused.
• Autonomous and able to work as part of a team, and is organised with good time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Providing in-theatre case support and coverage to Orthopaedic Surgeons and delivering in-servicing, workshops, and training sessions for hospital staff.
• Building strong relationships with key Surgeons and operating theatre staff members and optimising opportunities by passing on leads to the Sales Team.
• Collaborating with Sales teams to drive product adoption and supporting product rollouts, demo, and evaluations.
• Maintaining strong product knowledge through ongoing training and driving clinical excellence through professional and exceptional customer experience.
