Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s Orthopaedics team in Perth is seeking a Clinical Specialist to support surgical procedures across Hip & Knee portfolios. You will join the Joint Reconstruction team in WA, focusing on surgical support and training for hospital staff.

You will build strong surgeon relationships, collaborate with Sales to drive product adoption, and maintain clinical excellence through ongoing learning and customer service. Frequent travel within Perth Metro is required.

Qualifications

• Tertiary health-related degree required (nursing, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, exercise science, chiropractic, etc.).
• Comfort working under pressure in an operating theatre environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Providing in-theatre case support and coverage to Orthopaedic Surgeons and delivering in-servicing, workshops, and training sessions for hospital staff.
• Building strong relationships with key Surgeons and operating theatre staff and passing leads to Sales team.
• Collaborating with Sales teams to drive product adoption and supporting product rollouts, demos, and evaluations.
• Maintaining strong product knowledge through ongoing training and driving clinical excellence through professional and exceptional customer experience.
