Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech in Adelaide is seeking a solution-focused Clinical Specialist to support orthopaedic procedures, focusing on hip and knee portfolios, under a fixed-term 18-month full-time contract.

Reporting to the Clinical Team Leader and operating within the Joint Reconstruction team in SA, you will travel to hospitals, provide in-theatre case support, deliver in-servicing and training, build surgeon relationships, and assist with product rollouts and evaluations.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in a health-related field.
• Strong communication, presentation and customer service skills.
• Self-starter who is results driven and solutions focused.

Responsibilities

• Providing in-theatre case support and coverage to Orthopaedic Surgeons and delivering in-servicing, workshops, and training sessions for hospital staff.
• Building strong relationships with key Surgeons and operating theatre staff members and optimising opportunities by passing on leads to the Sales Team.
• Collaborating with Sales teams to drive product adoption and supporting product rollouts, demo, and evaluations.
• Maintaining strong product knowledge through ongoing training and driving clinical excellence through professional and exceptional customer experience
