Tradewind Australia is partnering with a large residential aged care home in Geelong surrounds to recruit an experienced Clinical Services Manager to lead its clinical and care teams. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established residence with plans to expand, working with the General Manager to drive safe, person-centred care.

You will bring a minimum of 4 years’ clinical leadership experience, strong people management skills and a passion for developing teams and improving resident

Competenze

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1).
• Minimum 4 years' experience in a clinical leadership role within aged care or similar healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards, AN-ACC and clinical governance.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor and develop high-performing clinical teams.
• Excellent communication, decision-making and stakeholder engagement skills, with a genuine commitment to person-centred care.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an established large residence, with plans to expand to further. Working closely with the General Manager, you will provide clinical and operational leadership, drive quality improvement and ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care.

We are seeking an experienced clinical leader with a minimum of 4 years' clinical leadership experience, strong people management skills and a passion for developing teams and improving resident outcomes.
