Tradewind Australia is partnering with a large residential aged care home in the Geelong surrounds to recruit an experienced Clinical Services Manager. You will lead clinical and care teams, partnering closely with the General Manager to drive quality improvement and ensure safe, high-quality, person-centred care.

The role requires a minimum of 4 years in a clinical leadership position within aged care or similar healthcare, with strong people-management skills and a passion for developing teams

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' clinical leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and governance
• Experience leading clinical and care teams in an aged care setting

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical and operational leadership across nursing and care teams
• Partner with the General Manager on overall home management
• Oversee clinical governance, quality improvement and accreditation outcomes
• Coach, mentor and develop clinical leaders and nursing staff
• Drive resident care outcomes and continuous improvement
