Job summary

E4 People is seeking an experienced Care Manager - Aged Care to lead the clinical team at a residential aged care home in Geelong, VIC. This hands-on leadership role focuses on governance, care planning and resident assessments, while developing staff and driving improvements in outcomes.

You will partner with the Facility Manager and multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with the Aged Care Act and Quality Standards, mentor staff, and build strong relationships with residents and families.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA Registered Nurse (essential).
• Clinical leadership experience in residential aged care.
• Knowledge of governance, quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Experience managing incidents, risks, audits and quality improvement.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams while maintaining high care standards.

The Role

As Care Manager, you'll lead the clinical team and oversee high-quality, person-centred care within a residential aged care home. You'll drive clinical governance, compliance and care planning while supporting your team's development and ensuring residents receive the best possible care. This role suits a hands-on, supportive clinical leader who wants to improve resident outcomes, develop staff and foster a positive team culture.

• Experience managing incidents, clinical risks, audits and quality improvement.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams while maintaining high care standards.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a genuine passion for resident wellbeing.
