Talent Quarter partners with a leading aged care provider to recruit a Senior Clinical Care Manager for a modern, purpose-built 200+-bed facility on the Bellarine Peninsula, Geelong region.

The role reports to the General Manager and leads clinical standards, governance and resident outcomes with another Senior Clinical Manager on the leadership team. Salary is AUD 140,000–145,000 plus super.

Qualificações

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• 4+ years experience in a Clinical Manager, Care Manager or similar leadership role within aged care.
• Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards, AN-ACC and clinical governance.
• Proven experience leading and developing clinical teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

Talent Quarter is partnering with a leading aged care provider to recruit an experienced SeniorClinical Care Manager for a modern, purpose-built residential aged care facility on the beautiful Bellarine Peninsula.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the leadership team of a large, 200+-bed aged care home, working alongside another established Senior Clinical Manager to oversee clinical operations, support staff development and drive quality resident outcomes.

About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager, you will provide clinical leadership across the facility, ensuring high standards of resident care, clinical governance and regulatory compliance.
