Job summary

Talent Quarter, in partnership with a leading aged care provider, seeks a Senior Clinical Care Manager for a modern 200+-bed residence on the Bellarine Peninsula. You will join the leadership team to oversee clinical operations and drive resident outcomes, reporting to the General Manager.

This role offers a competitive salary of AU$140,000–AU$145,000 plus super, plus support from an experienced leadership team, ongoing professional development, and a collaborative workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• 4+ years in a Clinical Manager or senior leadership role in aged care.
• Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards, AN-ACC, clinical governance.
• Proven ability to lead and develop clinical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and support nursing and care teams including Care managers.
• Oversee clinical governance, audits and compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement and quality initiatives.
• Manage clinical incidents, risks and care standards.
• Support admissions and ongoing facility growth.

Talent Quarter is partnering with a leading aged care provider to recruit an experienced Senior Clinical Care Manager for a modern, purpose-built residential aged care facility on the beautiful Bellarine Peninsula.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the leadership team of a large, 200+-bed aged care home, working alongside another established Senior Clinical Manager to oversee clinical operations, support staff development and drive quality resident outcomes.

About the Role Reporting to the General Manager, you will provide clinical leadership across the facility, ensuring high standards of resident care, clinical governance and regulatory compliance.
