Job summary

Rembrandt Living is seeking a Clinical Rostering Officer in Adelaide to coordinate rosters for PT, AHA, OT and Nursing services. You’ll allocate visits by staff skills and client preferences, ensuring timely coverage and high-quality care.

The role requires strong organisational skills, a proactive approach to changes, and the ability to work both independently and with the clinical team. On-site support and collaboration with Care Partners are provided.

• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Clear communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with rostering, scheduling and administration in health or community services is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain rosters for PT, AHA, OT and Nursing services.
• Allocate visits based on staff skills, availability and client preferences.
• Ensure services and visits match client needs.
• Respond quickly to unplanned changes, cancellations and staffing requirements.
• Maintain scheduling, attendance and workforce records.
