Job summary

Mareeba Aged Care in Mareeba Gardens is seeking a Clinical Quality & Compliance Coordinator to support safe, high-quality, person-centred care across the home. The role focuses on clinical governance, quality improvement, compliance and resident outcomes, working closely with the General Manager and Care Manager.

The role requires an experienced aged care RN with strong clinical judgement, governance knowledge and ability to support audits, documentation reviews and continuous improvement

Clinical Quality & Compliance Coordinator

We are looking for a Full-time Senior Registered Nurse Coordinator to join the team at Mareeba Gardens. This role supports safe, high-quality and person-centred care across the home, with a focus on clinical governance, quality improvement, compliance and strong resident outcomes.

You will work closely with the General Manager and Care Manager, supporting audit readiness, clinical documentation, staff guidance and continuous improvement across the service.
