Job summary

Respect Group Limited is seeking a Senior Registered Nurse Coordinator to join Mareeba Gardens in Queensland. This role supports safe, high‑quality, person‑centred care across the home with a focus on clinical governance, quality improvement, compliance and strong resident outcomes.

You will work closely with the General Manager and Care Manager, supporting audit readiness, clinical documentation, staff guidance and continuous improvement across the service.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated advanced clinical knowledge in aged care practice.
• Strong understanding of clinical governance and quality systems.
• Proven ability to analyse clinical data and support improvements.
• Confidence supporting audits, compliance activities and documentation reviews.
• High-level communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively while influencing clinical practice.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and resident outcomes.
