Job summary

Respect is seeking a Senior Registered Nurse Coordinator for Derwent Views in Hobart to lead clinical governance and improve resident outcomes. You will coordinate quality systems and support safe, person-centred care across the home.

You will work with the General Manager and Care Manager, assist with audits, clinical documentation and staff guidance while promoting continuous improvement and strong stakeholder engagement.

About The Role

We are looking for a full-time Senior Registered Nurse Coordinator to join the team at Derwent Views in Hobart. This role supports safe, high-quality and person-centred care across the home, with a focus on clinical governance, quality improvement, compliance and strong resident outcomes.

About You

This role would suit an experienced aged care RN with strong clinical judgement, confidence in quality systems and the ability to support best practice across a residential aged care setting.

You Will Have
