Job summary

EML Group is seeking a Clinical Psychologist to manage workplace psychological injuries in a hybrid Sydney environment. The successful candidate will handle early intervention, case reviews, and collaboration with GPs and other psychologists.

The role requires registration and 3+ years of clinical experience, with advantageous knowledge in disability and psychological injury management and workers' compensation. Flexible, supportive team culture offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in psychology.
• 3+ years clinical experience as registered Clinical Psychologist.
• Current registration (can be non-practicing).
• Well established knowledge of disability and psychological injury management.
• Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary team.
• Understanding of insurance industry preferred.
• Workers compensation experience highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Provide early intervention and management of workplace psychological injuries.
• Conduct peer-to-peer discussions with Clinical Psychologists and GPs.
• Conduct case reviews and provide expert opinion on medical strategy.
• Provide internal training and coaching to case managers.
• Support capability uplift in clinical management.
