As part of our innovative team based in Sydney CBD, you can expand your existing skillset to a whole new environment! As a Clinical Advisor - Psychologist, you will be involved in overseeing early management of workplace psychological injuries as well as providing your expert opinion on existing management to support the claims teams.
You'll work alongside a team of Doctors, Physiotherapists and other health professionals to ensure timely and effective medical management of workers' claims, facilitating their recovery and return to work in line with regulatory requirements. This will be an permanent role based in our Sydney office, with a hybrid work environment giving you the flexibility to work from home for part of your week. While full time (5 days/week) is preferred, part-time (3-4 days/week) applicants will also be considered.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology) Demonstrated 3+ years clinical experience as a registered Clinical Psychologist Current registration in professional field (can be non-practicing) Well established knowledge of disability and psychological injury management. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team. Comprehensive understanding of the insurance industry preferred, with demonstrated experience with workers compensation insurance highly regarded.
