Job summary

The Talbot Centre in NSW offers a permanent employed role for a Clinical Psychologist with Board Approved Supervisor aspirations. You’ll blend meaningful clinical work with protected supervision time, and grow through education, supervision and clinical leadership opportunities at our Bella Vista offices with hybrid work options.

You’ll contribute to developing clinicians, delivering supervision, and expanding training, while maintaining a strong clinical caseload and ongoing professional

Qualifications

• Full registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA.
• Board Approved Supervisor or eligibility to become BAS.
• Experience in supervision and clinical education is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supporting clinicians to develop formulation, clinical reasoning and therapeutic skills.
• Providing clinical mentorship and contributing to the development of our clinical team.
• Participating in supervision-of-supervision.
• Contributing to internal professional development, clinical resources or service development.
• Developing your skills in clinical education and training.
• Contributing to external training, supervisor training or research.
• Leading clinical education and training programs as part of a leadership pathway.
