Job summary

Actualise Psychology is seeking a Clinical Psychologist to join our Sydney CBD private practice in a permanent part-time role. The position starts at 2 days per week with potential to grow to 3–4 days, offering a stable private-practice caseload and an established referral network.

You will assess and treat adults, with opportunities for involvement in consultancy and leadership over time. Competitive salary $145,000–$165,000 FTE plus superannuation, pro rata, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Hold general registration with AHPRA and endorsement in Clinical Psychology, or nearing completion of the Clinical Psychology Registrar Program.
• Strong psychological assessment, formulation and therapeutic skills.
• Enjoy working relationally and formulation-first, while drawing on evidence-based approaches.
• Be comfortable with complexity and independent clinical judgement.

Responsibilities

• Primarily assess and treat adults in private-practice settings.
• Develop/expand a private-practice caseload through referrals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and provide professional governance and supervision.
