Job summary

Mind Matters in Bondi Junction, Sydney, is seeking a Senior Clinical Psychologist for a salaried role with leadership, supervision and service development opportunities. The position is available 3-5 days per week and will be tailored to your strengths, offering collaborative support and a pathway to supervise registrars and develop new services.

Qualifications

• Endorsement as a Clinical Psychologist with AHPRA.
• Minimum of eight years' experience as a psychologist.
• Accredited postgraduate Masters or Doctorate in Psychology.
• Board-approved supervisor status, or interest in becoming a supervisor.
• Professional indemnity insurance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based psychological therapy.
• Clinical supervision of registrars and early career psychologists.
• Team leadership and mentoring.
• Group program development and training/workshop facilitation.
• Recruitment involvement and strategic service development.
• Participation in strategic initiatives within the practice.
• Contributing to service development and innovation.
