Job summary

SAL Consulting is seeking a Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary clinical team in NSW, based in Sydney. You’ll work across developmental, behavioural and mental health areas, delivering assessments and therapy within individuals, families and service systems.

This role offers professional supervision, flexible hours, and opportunities for endorsement pathways within a supportive practice. The position is based in Sydney and involves collaboration with education, disability and justice

Qualifications

• Must hold a Degree in Psychology and be registered with AHPRA.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary settings and trauma-informed practice.
• Ability to conduct assessments and provide evidence-based therapy across diverse presentations.
• Willingness to engage with NDIA funding environments and service systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychology services across community, clinic, school and telehealth settings.
• Conduct assessments and provide interventions for individuals, families and networks.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support holistic outcomes.
• Contribute to discipline growth, clinical innovation and service development.
• Support families, carers and support networks to achieve meaningful outcomes.
