Job summary

SAL Consulting is seeking a Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary clinical team in NSW, based in Sydney. This role blends direct client work with systems-based practice across diverse settings.

You will manage a varied caseload, from developmental to mental health and forensic contexts, and contribute to supervision, professional development and pathway endorsement where eligible.

Qualifications

• Must hold a degree in psychology and be registered with AHPRA.
• Unrestricted Australian working rights.
• Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening clearance.
• Experience in multidisciplinary clinical settings.
• Ability to work with individuals, families, and service systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct clinical services across community, clinic, school and telehealth settings.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide evidence-based interventions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan and coordinate care.
• Support professional development and supervision for staff.
• Contribute to system-level practice and service development.
