Hall & Prior Health & Aged Care Group in NSW is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager for our 64-bed Montana aged care home in Mosman. You will provide clinical leadership, mentor the multidisciplinary team and help maintain accreditation and high-quality care.

This role focuses on data collection, evaluating clinical indicators, fostering resident and family relationships, and participating in clinical risk and medication advisory meetings to ensure best practice care.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with AHPRA and experience as a Senior Registered Nurse or Clinical Nurse Manager in residential aged care.
• Nurturing, visible and approachable leader who mentors staff and reinforces best practice.
• Sound understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and maintaining compliance in clinical practice.
• Committed to person-centred, relationship-based care for older people.

Responsibilities

• Joint clinical responsibility for the 64-bed Montana aged care home in Mosman.
• Provide clinical leadership and mentor the multidisciplinary team to achieve high-quality care.
• Oversee data collection, review clinical indicators, and support continuous improvement to maintain accreditation.
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with residents and families, address feedback and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Uphold an environment of safe, effective, high-quality care and ensure residents' needs are consistently met.
• Contribute to clinical risk and medication advisory meetings to ensure best practice care.
