Job summary

Hall & Prior Health & Aged Care Group in Grafton, NSW, is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager to lead clinical care for our 61-bed aged care home. You will provide sound clinical leadership to the multidisciplinary team, oversee data collection and quality initiatives to maintain accreditation, and build strong relationships with residents and families.

The role offers ongoing professional development and a supportive leadership environment.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration.
• Experience as Clinical Nurse Manager or Quality Specialist in residential aged care.
• Strong leadership, mentoring and staff development skills.
• Solid knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation.
• Person-centred, respectful care for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Share joint clinical responsibility for the 61-bed Grafton home.
• Provide clinical leadership and mentor the multidisciplinary team.

• Joint clinical responsibility of our 61-bed Grafton aged care home
• Provide sound clinical leadership; mentor and support the multidisciplinary team to achieve high-quality care
• Oversee data collection, review clinical indicators and support the introduction of continuous improvement initiatives to maintain accreditation compliance
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with residents and their families, address feedback and deliver exceptional customer service

• Contribute to clinical risk and medication advisory meetings to ensure best practice care is provided

About you:

• Registered Nurse with AHPRA and experience working as a Clinical Nurse Manager or Quality Specialist in residential aged care
