Job summary

Roshana Care Group is seeking a Clinical Nurse to join Brentwood Aged Care on the NSW Central Coast in a full-time capacity. You will lead clinical care delivery, support nursing staff, and ensure safe, person-centred care that upholds dignity and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
• Postgraduate qualification in Gerontology or Clinical Nursing (desirable).
• Experience in aged care or acute clinical settings (essential).
• Strong clinical leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to mentor and support staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate clinical care delivery for residents.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and contribute to complex care planning.
• Administer and oversee medications and clinical treatments within scope.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes in health status.
• Provide clinical leadership, support, and guidance to ENs and care staff.
• Liaise with GPs, allied health professionals, and families.
• Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation and compliance with standards.
• Promote best practice care aligned with aged care quality standards.
• Support a culture of safety, dignity, and person-centred care.
