Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver personal care in line with each resident’s individual choices and preferences.
• Support residents with mobility, meals, and daily routines to maintain independence.
• Engage residents in social, lifestyle, and cultural activities.
• Follow individual care plans to provide safe, high-quality, person-centred care.
• Monitor and report changes in health or condition promptly.
• Help keep the environment clean, comfortable, and homely.
• Support medication routines in line with policy and scope of practice.
• Be an active, positive team member who supports others.
