Job summary

Roshana Care Group's Murray Bridge facility is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our aged care team on a casual/permanent part-time basis. You will provide person-centred care, lead a clinical team, and work within a welcoming, supportive environment tied to our values of compassion and integrity.

As an RN, you will assess residents, administer medications, develop care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maintain quality outcomes and dignity for residents.

Qualifications

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
• Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent.
• Experience in aged care or a similar clinical setting (highly regarded).
• Strong clinical assessment and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Compassionate, calm, and professional approach to care.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• A National Police Clearance or NDIS Screening Check, or willingness to obtain this.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive clinical care in line with best practice and aged care standards.
• Conduct assessments, develop, and review care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
• Administer medications, treatments, and complex care interventions safely and accurately.
• Monitor, interpret, and respond to changes in residents’ health conditions.
• Lead, support, and mentor care staff to ensure high standards of resident care.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and reporting.
• Promote a culture of dignity, respect, and person‑centred care.
