Job summary

NSW Health in Dubbo, NSW is seeking a Clinical Nurse Facilitator to lead clinical education and skill development for nursing students within a hospital setting. The role supports Registered Nurses who supervise students and helps deliver orientation and education sessions.

About the role

The Clinical Nurse Facilitator provides clinical education and facilitates skill development to Nursing Students in a clinical setting. You will also be supporting Registered Nurses who are providing student supervision.

You will be provided with support via an orientation program and mentorship from an existing Clinical Nurse Facilitator, reinforced through online learning. Development plans, generated and reviewed regularly, enable growth within the role.
