Murrumbidgee Local Health District – Bathurst NSW is seeking a Clinical Nurse Educator for Carramar Leeton to lead and deliver evidence-based education to nurses and midwives, improving patient care and safety. The role supports professional development and enhances clinical practice across the facility.
Applicants must be an AHPRA-registered nurse with at least 2 years in a specialty area and strong teaching skills. Salary is competitive with full-time/part-time options and benefits.
Formación
- Current Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
- Relevant clinical experience (minimum 2 years in a specialty area).
- Strong clinical teaching and facilitation skills, including competency assessment.
Responsabilidades
- Inspiring and develop midwives through engaging education, coaching and bedside teaching.
- Lead orientation and transition programs to support new staff to thrive in their roles.
- Partner with clinical leaders to identify learning needs and implement targeted education strategies.
- Promote patient safety, quality improvement and evidence-based practice through education and audit participation.
