Responsibilities
- Inspiring and develop midwives through engaging education, coaching and bedside teaching.
- Lead orientation and transition programs to support new staff.
- Partner with clinical leaders to identify learning needs and implement targeted education strategies.
- Promote patient safety, quality improvement and evidence-based practice through education and audit.
