Responsibilities

• Provide expert support to improve interpersonal connection and reduce isolation among clinicians as they navigate care of chronic and/or severe paediatric patients through the Connect, Pause and Reflect (CPR) Programme.
• Provide organisational leadership of the CPR programme.
• Lead engagement of nursing staff in CPR reflective sessions and utilisation of resources providing education and evaluation.
