Darling Downs Health is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse for the Emergency Department in Toowoomba. You will lead care, mentor colleagues and contribute to rapid decision-making in a busy ED environment.

We value compassionate, patient-centered care and collaborative practice. You’ll work with a supportive team, contribute to service improvements and develop your leadership capabilities within a regional health network.

Qualifications

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
• Experience in emergency or acute care preferred.
• Leadership and teamwork in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate high-quality care for ED patients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve safe, positive outcomes.
• Mentor and support junior nurses and clinicians.
