Darling Downs Health is seeking a Clinical Facilitator in the Emergency Department at Toowoomba Hospital. You will coach nurses and students, build clinical capability and support delivery of safe, high‑quality patient care.

Engage with leaders and frontline teams to identify learning needs, lead education initiatives, and drive continuous improvement. Postgraduate qualifications in clinical education and NMBA registration are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with NMBA.
• Postgraduate qualifications in clinical education or relevant specialty.
• Proven ability to coach, assess and develop nursing staff.
• Strong communication, leadership and relationship-building skills.
• Commitment to continuous improvement, patient safety and evidence-based practice.
• Experience in clinical facilitation, education or workforce development is advantageous.

As a Clinical Facilitator, you'll help build a confident, capable nursing workforce that delivers safe, high-quality care for patients across the Emergency Department. • Driving continuous improvement through education initiatives, feedback, audits and practice development activities.
