Job summary

St Vincent's Care Services Bronte is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead clinical service provision with a compassionate, person-centred approach. You will drive quality improvement and maintain accreditation, while ensuring a safe workplace and strong resident dignity.

This is a full-time fixed-term role for 6 weeks, located at our Bronte facility. The ideal candidate will hold AHPRA registration as an RN, have proven aged care leadership experience, and demonstrate collaborative,

As a Clinical Manager, you'll be part of an experienced, engaged and dedicated team helping to create a welcoming, professional and supportive care experience for the residents of St Vincent's Care Services Bronte.

St Vincent's Care Services Bronte is a boutique facility located in one of Sydney's beautiful beachside neighbourhoods. Our 107-bed facility offers a high standard of holistic care as well as specialist dementia accommodation.

Things that work for us

• AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Proven experience managing clinical service provision preferably in an Aged Care facility, fostering a safe workplace and driving continuous quality improvement initiatives to develop sustainable practice.
• Excellent understanding of the Aged Care Act with knowledge and experience of the Aged Care Accreditation process.
• Demonstrated collaborative leadership style.
• High level of customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities.
• Successful completion and maintenance of Responsible Person screening checks. This position is considered a 'Responsible Person' role, being accountable for day-to-day operations, and having authority, decision-making, influence & responsibility for planning and directing activities within our organisation.
