St Vincent’s Health Australia seeks a Clinical Manager for our Residential Aged Care operation in Melbourne. You will mentor nursing and care staff, drive person-centred care, and lead clinical governance to meet the Aged Care Act 2024 standards. Based in Kew, you will influence practice and outcomes across the home.

You will bring RN registration, 3+ years’ leadership in aged care, and strong digital skills to foster a compassionate, excellence-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration.
• 3+ years of clinical leadership in residential aged care.
• Strong knowledge of Aged Care Act 2024 and Quality Standards.
• Proficient with electronic clinical systems and data.
