Langwarrin Community Aged Care, a not-for-profit organisation, invites applications for a Clinical Manager on a 12-month fixed term contract commencing mid-November 2026. You will lead and mentor a team of clinical professionals and care workers in a fast-paced aged care environment.

RN qualification with current AHPRA registration, strong clinical knowledge, and experience with funding and accreditation processes are essential.

Qualificações

• Excellent and up-to-date clinical knowledge and assessment skills.
• Experience supervising and developing staff.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

About the Role:

With a passion for resident care and delivering high standards of clinical-focused service, you will have exceptional communication skills and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will work with our Residential Manager, Deputy Residential Manager and the rest of the care team to lead and inspire a team of clinical professionals and care workers and act as a passionate mentor to your team.

Skills & Requirements for the Role:

• Experienced as a Clinical Manager or within a similar role in a large, aged care environment;
• RN qualification with current AHPRA registration;
• Excellent and up to date clinical knowledge and assessment skills;
• Experience in staff supervision and development;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills;
• A working knowledge of funding and accreditation processes;
• Knowledge of Care Planning.
