Job summary

Talent Quarter are proudly partnered with an outstanding Aged Care provider seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to join their South Western Sydney facility. The role leads a well-established clinical team and ensures high standards of care, compliance and quality outcomes within a modern, well-resourced residence.

You will work closely with the Facility Manager, overseeing four Clinical Care Coordinators and driving ongoing professional development and clinical governance to support

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in aged care clinical leadership roles.
• Experience in large facilities (100+ beds) is essential.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with clinical systems and digital documentation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop nursing and care teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
• Oversee all clinical operations, ensuring compliance with aged care standards and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement and clinical excellence.
• Maintain relationships with residents, families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure governance, documentation, reporting and risk management.
• Partner with Facility Manager to achieve operational and quality outcomes.

About the Role

This is a well-established, purpose-built aged care residence offering a high standard of accommodation and care within a calm, welcoming environment. The home is supported by strong systems, resources, and a collaborative leadership team.

This is a key leadership position where you will work closely with the Facility Manager and lead a well-established clinical team, including four Clinical Care Coordinators. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of clinical care, compliance, and team performance across the home.
