Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a clinical leadership, community nursing or senior care role.
• AHPRA registered nurse required with current registration.
• Strong communication and organisational skills essential.

What You Bring

You’ll need:

• AHPRA - RN registration
• At least 2 years of experience in a clinical leadership, community nursing or senior care role
• A passion for empowering others and creating positive change
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Confidence in balancing hands-on care and team oversight
