Job summary

Harwell Home Care in Ipswich, QLD is seeking a Clinical Leader to guide a team of carers and clinicians, delivering high-quality care in clients' homes while balancing hands-on duties with leadership responsibilities in a flexible hybrid arrangement.

You will lead with empathy, ensure clinical excellence, and mentor staff, with RN registration (AHPRA) and at least 2 years in a clinical leadership or senior care role. There is a 6-month probation with strong potential for permanency.

Qualifications

• RN registration with AHPRA
• At least 2 years of experience in clinical leadership, community nursing or senior care roles
• Strong communication, organisational and mentoring skills
