Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Social Work, Social Science, Health Science, Case Management, Mental Health/Psychology or allied health.
• Experience in Specialist Support Coordination and NDIS environment.
• Strong clinical judgement and risk management understanding.
• Ability to mentor and develop junior coordinators.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Clinical Supervision and lead risk reviews for the region.
• Support ongoing professional development of coordinators in care.
• Manage a small caseload of participants with complex needs.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings, case conferences and budget management.
• Collaborate across Health, Justice, Mental Health, Housing and Social Services.
