Amana Living is seeking a clinical leader for Lefroy Care Centre in Bull Creek. This permanent part-time role offers a 36.6-hour fortnightly roster with shifts across Week 1 and Week 2. You will conduct clinical assessments, safely administer medications, and oversee care plans.

You will mentor staff, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with Aged Care Standards. AHPRA registration and clearances are required.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA Registration.
• Evidence of current Flu vaccinations per Amana Living policies.
• Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance (within 6-months validity).
• NDIS clearance (or willingness to obtain).
• Successful completion of pre-employment medical and reference checks.
• Knowledge of the resident classification scale, accreditation and continuous improvement.
• Willingness to attend 2 days paid induction at our Rivervale Training Institute.

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive reviews of residents through clinical assessments.
• Safely administer medication to residents.
• Falls management and prevention.
• Complete documentation for residents ensuring accurate care planning and relevant supporting documents.
• Supervise the delivery of care plans on a daily basis.
• Providing ongoing coaching, mentoring to the care staff.
• Comply with Occupational Health and Safety in accordance with Aged Care Standards and Risk Management.
