Job summary

Infinite Aged Care in Christies Beach is seeking a Weekend Clinical Care Coordinator & Nurse Mentor. You will lead resident-centred clinical care and mentor RNs, ENs and PCWs across a Saturday–Sunday 07:00–15:00 schedule.

The role requires unrestricted RN Div 1 registration with AHPRA, with at least 1 year in a care-coordinator or leadership position. Postgraduate aged care qualifications are a bonus, and you will ensure compliant, high-quality care in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must hold unrestricted RN Div 1 registration with AHPRA.
• Minimum 1 year in Care Coordinator or related leadership role.
• Availability for Saturday and Sunday 07:00–15:00.
• Postgraduate aged care qualifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for resident-centred care.
• Develop, implement and evaluate individualised care plans.
• Mentor RNS, ENs, and PCWs to strengthen clinical capability.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary care with GPs, hospitals and families.
• Oversee documentation, audits and risk management.
• Lead handovers, huddles and team meetings.
• Manage complex resident care needs and referrals.
• Support onboarding and staff development.
• Drive quality improvement and compliance.
• Ensure safe operations and escalation of health changes.
• Coordinate daily workflow and resource allocation.
