Aegis Aged Care is hiring two part-time Registered Nurses for Alfred Carson (Claremont Facility) in Western Australia. The role covers delivering high-quality care, assessments, and coordination for residents on rosters: Wed–Sat 0700–1530 and Sun–Tue 0700–1530.

You will work with a supportive team, lead care delivery, and align with Aegis Quality Standards while contributing to resident wellbeing and family engagement.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience in aged care or similar healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and quality systems.
• Full Australian working rights and ability to obtain a National Police Clearance.

Responsabilités

• Delivering exceptional resident care.
• Completing clinical, social and lifestyle assessments.
• Monitoring and responding to changing resident health needs.
• Coordinating referrals and further assessments.
• Building positive relationships with residents and families.
• Responding promptly and professionally to feedback and enquiries.
• Ensuring care plans and clinical documentation are up to date.
• Identifying and managing clinical risks; promoting quality standards.
• Coaching, mentoring and developing care staff.
