The Child and Adolescent Health Service (CAHS) is seeking an experienced Coordinator Safety and Quality to advance clinical governance, safety and quality improvement across Perth Children’s Hospital and Neonatology services. You will coordinate implementation, monitoring and evaluation of safety systems and lead change management with clinical teams and governance committees.

You will engage diverse stakeholders, analyse complex data, and advise on evidence-based solutions to strengthen patient

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating and supporting clinical governance, quality improvement and risk management in health care.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities and ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsabilités

• Undertake advanced analysis of safety, quality and performance data to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Lead and support quality improvement and clinical audits translating findings into local improvements.
• Support incident and risk management, investigations and remedial actions.
• Foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement across CAHS and CAH services.
• Coordinate policy governance, reviews and implementation of guidelines.
