Job summary

Amplar Health is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our in-home care team on the Gold Coast. You’ll deliver person-centred nursing in clients’ homes, supported by Clinical Care Partners and our primary care network.

We value autonomy, problem-solving and strong communication as you assess needs, plan care, and coordinate services to help older Australians live independently at home.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum 2 years' nursing experience in Aged Care and Community settings.
• Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills within Aged Care.
• Live in or near North Gold Coast and Central areas.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

You'll work alongside Clinical Care Partners, other allied health and nursing professionals, as well as Amplar Health's broader primary care network to deliver coordinated, person-centred care.
