Qualifications
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with NMBA.
- Postgraduate qualifications in clinical education or relevant specialty.
- Proven ability to coach, assess and develop nursing staff.
- Strong communication, leadership and relationship-building skills.
- Commitment to continuous improvement, patient safety and evidence-based practice.
- Experience in clinical facilitation, education or workforce development is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Coaching, mentoring and providing practical learning opportunities for nurses and students.
- Strengthening patient outcomes through evidence-based practice and competency development.
- Partnering with multidisciplinary teams to identify learning needs and implement solutions.
- Driving continuous improvement through education initiatives, feedback, audits and practice development.
