Job summary

Darling Downs Hospital and Health Service is seeking a Clinical Coordinator - Senior to lead and coordinate geriatric, rehabilitation and stroke services in Toowoomba. You’ll blend advanced clinical expertise with leadership, service improvement and multidisciplinary collaboration to achieve the best outcomes for patients and families.

You’ll mentor staff, drive quality, and build partnerships across care pathways while contributing to regional health service development and patient experience.

Qualifications

  • Relevant allied health qualification with current professional registration or membership.
  • Strong clinical experience in rehabilitation, stroke, geriatric settings.
  • Proven ability to lead, influence and support multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement for service improvement.

Lead and coordinate high-quality geriatric, rehabilitation and stroke services in Toowoomba. As a Clinical Coordinator - Senior, you'll play a key role in improving health outcomes for people accessing specialist rehabilitation, stroke and geriatric services. From coordinating patient-centred care to supporting service improvement and clinical excellence, you'll work with a skilled multidisciplinary team to deliver meaningful outcomes for patients, families and the wider community.
