The Exercise Physiologist is responsible for delivering comprehensive assessment and evidence-based intervention services for adults with diverse needs, including people living with disability and chronic health conditions. The role supports clients to achieve theirfunctional goals through individual and group-based exercise programs, healtheducation, and capacity-building initiatives. Working as part of amultidisciplinary team, the Exercise Physiologist contributes to person-centredcare through interdisciplinary collaboration, service development, andcontinuous quality improvement activities.
