HammondCare is seeking an experienced permanent, full-time Clinical Educator. The role supports flexible work across locations with travel to client homes and offices, and regular travel needed to assist teams and services.
You will deliver evidence-based clinical education, coach teams, and ensure safe adoption of new procedures while maintaining accurate records and facilitating continuous improvement.
HammondCare Home Care is currently looking for an experienced permanent, full-time Clinical Educator to join our team. The position can be based flexibly across HammondCare locations, with the ability to work flexibly between home and the office, and regular travel required to support teams and services.
Deliver engaging, evidence-based clinical education aligned with Home Care priorities, regulatory requirements and quality standards. Provide in-field coaching, supervised practice and constructive feedback to strengthen clinical decision-making and skill application. Support teams to adopt new or revised procedures and guidelines safely and consistently. Work with operational leaders to respond to risks, audit findings, incidents and capability gaps. Maintain accurate records of education delivery, attendance, competency outcomes, and follow-up actions.
You’re a tertiary qualified Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration with strong clinical knowledge and a passion for education. Experience delivering clinical training, coaching and providing practice support. Ability to translate policy, standards and evidence into practical frontline learning. Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills. You have access to a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and safe driving record to travel between client’s homes and HammondCare locations (travel costs reimbursed).
