Dentsply Sirona ANZ in Canberra, ACT is seeking a Clinical Sales Specialist to join our expanding team. You will promote and sell consumable dental products within the ACT territory, building long-term relationships with customers through a clinically led sales approach and supporting growth in the region.

You will work with the regional sales team to deliver the annual plan, participate in Clinical Education initiatives, and ensure customer outcomes through proactive service, accurate CRM

Qualifications

• Relevant degree or certificate preferred.
• Formal sales training desirable.
• Demonstrated experience in a similar sales or territory management role.
• Knowledge of the dental or healthcare market is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Deliver and exceed sales and growth targets for the assigned territory in line with regional plans.
• Develop, manage, and implement the Territory Sales Plan to achieve targets.
• Build strong relationships with external customers and internal stakeholders to maximise opportunities.
• Identify key decision-makers and collaborate with colleagues to develop partnerships.
• Understand and communicate customer needs to internal teams to ensure exceptional outcomes.
• Act as the primary customer contact to address issues in collaboration with internal teams.
• Deliver regional Clinical Education initiatives with internal expertise and external experts.
• Measure the effectiveness of sales strategies and adjust activities to optimise outcomes.
• Record all sales activities in the CRM system daily.
• Conduct monthly sales analysis and implement corrective actions to achieve targets.
• Review portfolio and segment performance monthly.
