Job summary

Dentsply Sirona is seeking an Equipment Sales Specialist to join our NSW regional sales team in Sydney. You will promote and sell our equipment portfolio, manage the full sales cycle from opportunity to installation, and help dental professionals identify solutions that support their clinical and business needs.

You will collaborate with sales, technical service, customer support and product teams to grow market share and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in equipment, technical, capital or solution-based sales.
• A solid understanding of the end-to-end sales process.
• Experience managing a geographical sales territory and achieving sales targets.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a territory plan to achieve annual sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable equipment and software solutions.
• Deliver professional product presentations and demonstrations.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms and finalise contracts.
• Coordinate the sourcing, delivery and installation of equipment.
• Project-manage customer orders in partnership with technical service and sales administration teams.
• Provide after-sales support, including product application and maintenance guidance.
• Maintain accurate customer, opportunity and activity records in the CRM system.
• Develop tender proposals and support other commercial submissions.
• Keep customers informed about new products, technologies and innovation opportunities.
• Attend exhibitions, conferences and customer promotional events.
• Monitor market activity and maintain current knowledge of competitor products.
• Provide sales leads and collaborate with other product specialists to grow the broader Dentsply Sirona business.
