Job summary

1300SMILES Gladstone is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to lead clinical operations full-time. You will coordinate day-to-day activities, ensure infection control and clinical standards, and manage stock, records and lab work while supporting the Practice Manager and Lead Dentist.

You will play a key role in staff training, process improvements and providing guidance to the clinical team. A hands-on, independent leader with dental experience will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Previous dental experience is essential, demonstrated in a dental setting.
• Experience in a senior Dental Assisting, Clinical Coordinator or similar role is highly regarded.
• Strong understanding of infection control and clinical standards.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Confidence managing stock, records and clinical processes.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Strong communication skills and confidence supporting and guiding others.
• A practical approach to problem-solving and improving the way things are done.

1300SMILES Gladstone is looking for a Clinical Coordinator to join the team on a full-time basis.

This is a hands-on role that combines clinical knowledge with organisation, leadership and day-to-day coordination. You’ll work closely with the Practice Manager and Lead Dentist to keep clinical operations organised, compliant and running efficiently.

You’ll play an important role in maintaining clinical standards, overseeing day-to-day processes, managing stock and lab work, and helping the clinical team stay organised, supported and set up for success.
