1300SMILES Gladstone is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to lead the clinical side of a busy practice. This full-time role combines clinical knowledge with organisation, leadership and day-to-day coordination.

You’ll work with the Practice Manager and Lead Dentist to keep operations compliant and efficient. You will oversee infection control, manage stock and lab work, maintain records, and support the broader clinical team to ensure high standards and smooth workflow across the clinic within the

Qualifications

• Previous dental experience is essential.
• Experience as a senior Dental Assistant or Clinical Coordinator is highly regarded.
• Strong infection control and clinical standards knowledge.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Confident in stock, records and clinical processes.
• Able to work independently and take ownership.
• Strong communication skills and ability to guide others.
• Practical approach to improving processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day clinical operations and support the clinical team.
• Oversee infection control processes and clinical standards.
• Manage clinical stock, materials and inventory.
• Maintain records for incoming/outgoing laboratory work.
• Coordinate storage and archiving of dental models.
• Complete and monitor daily clinical checklists.
• Identify opportunities to improve clinical workflows.
• Support Practice Manager and Lead Dentist with training and development.
• Provide guidance and support to the wider clinical team.
• Provide Dental Assisting support when required.
